When you create an account, Dayan Fotos collects your name, email address, mobile telephone number and encrypted account credentials. When you license an image, we also retain the order, selected licence, declared use, payment status, invoice and download history.

Messages sent through the registered-user contact form are delivered to Frida Dayan and include the account information needed to identify and answer the sender.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. Dayan Fotos receives transaction identifiers, payment status and the information required to administer the order, but does not receive or store your complete card or PayPal login details.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate and secure the website, administer accounts, process licences and payments, issue invoices, authorise downloads, answer enquiries, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. Dayan Fotos does not sell personal information.
